• All deliveries to our EU CUSTOMERS post 1st of January 2021 are shipped from within the EU, therefore there are no extra taxes/charges to pay on top of the asking price.

• We guarantee that all of our watches are brand new, authentic and come with the full manufacturer's warranty (minimum 2 years), as well as other paperwork and original packaging. If the item is shown as not "in stock", we are usually able to reorder a brand new watch for you, which may take from 2 to 4 weeks to deliver (depending on the watch). All our images are in-house and original and depict the exact items available for purchase.

• For NON-EU Customers we offer the full 20% UK VAT refund.

• All our deliveries are fully insured and supplied with a tracking ID to check the status of your order. We provide free deliveries within the EU, all other shipments are subject to shipment costs.

• We offer a full 14 day returns guarantee provided goods are returned to us unworn and in the exactly same perfect condition as received.
