I ordered and paid for a Ball Roadmaster Pilot GMT watch on Sep 7 with a ship date no later than the first week of October. I called on Oct 7 and was told they would call me back with an updated shipping date; however, I never received a call back. I called again on Oct 24 and was told there still wasn't a shipping date so I asked to cancel. After a few hours, I didn't received the cancellation notice so I called Chrono24 who immediately cancelled the transaction and gave me a full refund. Buyer beware that Prestige Time is selling watches that they may not be able to get and your money will be locked in escrow for a long time.

We were quite upfront with our customer about a 6-8 week lead time. We stressed that delivery times are 'estimated' and that the watch might be ready to ship sooner OR later than the 'estimated' ship date. We apologize for the extended wait, it is a rare & seldom occurrence. Incidentally, we received the watch in 2 days after he cancelled. Chrono24's Trusted Checkout escrow program works well to protect both parties. We are sorry it did not work out & wish this customer well.

Order was canceled for no food reason.. it says order cannot be shipped to UAE.. why ?? And If that was the case why seller accepted the order.. shipping address was mentioned from the beginning !! Cancellation has costed me $800 Loss in getting credit back in my card.. this should be compensated by CHRONO24 or seller.:

The order was cancelled due to a very high level of legitimacy concerns & the lack of cooperation/transparency from the customer. All processing fees related to reimbursement are handled through Chrono24 & should be addressed directly with Chrono24.

Delivered this watch ahead of schedule, exactly as described.... There must have been something lost in translation, as we are confused about the review. Having said that, we wish the new owner many years of enjoyment from their new watch.
