Such conditions are seldom replicated in daily life. Therefore, especially for used watches, the observed values may differ from those declared for new models.
Q) What is covered by our warranty?
A) Our warranty covers eventual malfunctioning of the movement. Should the watch have any problems, during the warranty period, we will repair it free of charge. The warranty is offered in our laboratory in Italy. In order to take advantage of the assistance, the watch must be sent, at the expense of the buyer, to our headquarters. Problems related to improper use of the watch are excluded from the warranty. Our warranty does not cover damage caused by water infiltration or flooding. Our warranty does not apply to new watches, in that case we will refer to the manufacturer who generally offers international warranty.

A) All chronograph watches with pump buttons and watches with screwless buttons are to be considered water resistant to 30 meters / 3Bar / 3ATM.

The higher the number of meters, the more waterproof the watch is. But don't take the number of meters literally! It actually indicates how much pressure the watch can withstand. 1. Recherchez les annonces portant l'icône Certified blanche
Les montres Chrono24 Certified sont reconnaissables à l'icône "C" blanche figurant sur les pages de résultats de recherche et les pages des annonces correspondantes. Nous avons bien entendu créé un filtre "Certified" qui vous permet d'afficher uniquement ces annonces. Si vous avez opté pour une montre Certified, vous voyez immédiatement sur la page de l'annonce correspondante s'il s'agit d'une montre Partner Certified ou d'une montre Chrono24 Certified. 2. Vérification par des horlogers de Chrono24
Après avoir ajouté le service Chrono24 Certified à votre commande, votre montre sera vérifiée et certifiée par des horlogers agréés travaillant dans notre centre de certification. 3. Vous recevez votre montre certifiée ainsi qu'un certificat d'authenticité numérique
Une fois la certification effectuée, vous pouvez être sûr(e) que votre nouvelle montre certifiée est authentique. Le certificat d'authenticité numérique et la garantie d'authenticité en attestent. Vous pouvez accéder au certificat d'authenticité dans votre compte Chrono24 après réception de la montre.

Une fois la certification effectuée, vous pouvez être sûr(e) que votre nouvelle montre certifiée est authentique. Le certificat d'authenticité numérique et la garantie d'authenticité en attestent. Vous pouvez accéder au certificat d'authenticité dans votre compte Chrono24 après réception de la montre.
La Protection des Acheteurs de Chrono24 sécurise votre paiement. Lors d'un achat auprès d'un professionnel, nous conservons le montant du prix d'achat jusqu'à 14 jours sur le compte de notre tiers de confiance. Votre argent reste ainsi en sécurité le temps que vous vous assuriez de la qualité de la montre. Le montant n'est transféré au professionnel qu'après confirmation de la bonne réception de la commande. Si vous n'êtes pas satisfait(e), vous pouvez faire usage de votre droit légal de rétractation et renvoyer votre montre au professionnel dans les 14 jours suivant sa réception, sans en indiquer la raison. Si vous achetez votre montre auprès d'un particulier, le montant de l'achat est conservé sur le compte de notre tiers de confiance pendant 7 jours après la réception de votre montre. Veuillez toutefois noter qu'il n'existe aucun droit légal de rétractation lors d'un achat auprès d'un particulier.

Les montres Chrono24 Certified sont identifiables à l'icône blanche Certified dans les résultats de recherche et sur les pages d'annonces correspondantes. Dans la mesure où nous intégrons constamment de nouvelles montres à notre programme Certified, il est judicieux de vérifier de temps en temps si vos montres favorites sont dotées de l'icône Certified.
Si vous le souhaitez, sélectionnez la certification et payez le prix d'achat de la montre ainsi que les frais de certification.249 € Nous ne vous délivrerons une facture pour la certification que si vous en faites la demande expresse.
Toutes les montres Certified sont rigoureusement contrôlées par un horloger agréé selon des critères prédéfinis. C'est la seule façon de vous garantir avec certitude l'authenticité de la montre. Le contrôle présente plusieurs étapes :

Vérification du contenu de la livraison : le contenu de la livraison (par ex. coffret d'origine et papiers) est vérifié pour s'assurer qu'il est complet et conforme à la référence du modèle.

Le certificat d'authenticité se présente sous la forme d'un document numérique qui ne peut être ni perdu, ni volé ou endommagé. Une fois la montre reçue, vous trouverez le certificat d'authenticité dans votre compte Chrono24. Après vous être connecté, vous pourrez le consulter soit dans le menu "Acheter", soit dans votre Watch Collection.
Selon notre définition de l'authenticité, une montre est considérée comme authentique si elle est soit dans son état d'origine (telle que fabriquée par le fabricant), soit si elle comporte au maximum deux pièces de rechange qui ne proviennent pas du fabricant et sans nom de marque de fabrique. Les pièces de rechange autorisées sont les suivantes : couronne, lunette, aiguilles ou poussoirs.
Forts de plus de 20 ans d'expérience dans l'industrie horlogère, nous estimons que le remplacement d'un maximum de deux pièces essentielles par des pièces de rechange sans marque n'affecte pas l'authenticité d'une montre puisque ces pièces jouent un rôle important dans le maintien de la fonctionnalité des montres. Cependant, les pièces de rechange doivent obligatoirement être mentionnées dans l'annonce. Les horlogers sont par ailleurs chargés de noter toute divergence par rapport à l'état d'origine sur le certificat d'authenticité.

Chaque horloger qui travaille dans notre centre de certification possède toutes les qualifications et l'équipement technique nécessaires à la certification des montres de marques spécifiques. S'il est possible de sélectionner l'option Chrono24 Certified pour une montre, celle-ci peut être certifiée par l'un de nos horlogers. Si nous découvrons un manquement dans le cadre de la certification, nous en assumerons bien entendu la responsabilité, conformément à notre garantie d'authenticité. Si, lors du contrôle, votre montre s'avère être une contrefaçon, elle ne pourra pas être certifiée. Vous en serez informé(e) par notre équipe de support et vous serez remboursé(e) des frais engagés pour la montre et sa certification.
Si, dans le cadre de la certification de la montre, il est constaté que des pièces de rechange essentielles sans nom de marque ou logo ont été montées (par ex. d'autres aiguilles), nous vous contacterons.
Vous avez alors trois possibilités :
1. vous prenez connaissance du résultat de la certification et souhaitez tout de même acheter la montre. Votre montre vous sera alors envoyée dans un délai de 1 à 3 jours ouvrés.
2. vous décidez d'annuler l'achat en raison de la présence de ces pièces de rechange. Dans ce cas, nous renvoyons la montre au vendeur et vous remboursons à la fois le prix d'achat et les frais de certification.
3. nous proposons au vendeur de faire un geste commercial envers vous en ce qui concerne le prix d'achat. Si vous convenez d'une réduction de prix, nous vous versons alors la différence de prix après la livraison de la montre.

En plus de Partner Certified, vous avez la possibilité d'ajouter en option la certification Chrono24 Certified moyennant un supplément de 249 €. Le cas échéant, le vendeur envoie la montre à notre centre de certification, où elle est testée et certifiée par nos propres horlogers.

Si vous choisissez d'ajouter Chrono24 Certified, nous facturerons des frais supplémentaires de 249 € pour couvrir les coûts associés à l'expédition assurée et à la certification par nos horlogers. Bien que les frais d'expédition varient en fonction du lieu de livraison, nous facturons un montant fixe à tous les acheteurs. Nos horlogers vous expédieront directement votre montre après certification. Bien entendu, une fois la certification effectuée, vous recevrez un certificat d'authenticité numérique confirmant l'authenticité de votre montre. Chrono24 Certified est disponible pour les montres de certaines marques à partir d'un prix de vente de 5 000 €. Pour ces montres, vous pouvez ajouter une certification par nos horlogers moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 249 €.
Le certificat d'authenticité contient des informations sur la marque et le modèle de la montre ainsi que la date d'émission. Il comprend également le numéro de série, l'année de fabrication, le numéro TC et le numéro de référence de la montre. Si, lors de la vérification, l'horloger remarque des divergences par rapport à la montre d'origine ou le remplacement de certaines pièces de la montre, ils seront listés sous la rubrique remarques. Bien entendu, vous êtes le seul à pouvoir consulter le certificat d'authenticité, dans votre compte Chrono24.
Avec votre montre certifiée, vous recevrez un certificat d'authenticité numérique comprenant une garantie d'authenticité. Cette garantie correspond à notre définition de l'authenticité et est valable 30 jours à compter de la délivrance du certificat. Si vous constatez que votre montre ne répond pas à notre définition de l'authenticité, veuillez contacter notre équipe de support. Ils examineront immédiatement votre demande. Selon les cas, nous rembourserons la totalité du montant de l'achat ou échangerons la pièce concernée afin que la montre réponde pleinement à notre définition de l'authenticité.
