Watch Guarantees

If a pre owned watch we are selling is described as having a guarantee this is to give you a peace of mind that the item has been inspected and found to be a genuine timepiece as described.

The guarantee means that the movement should continue to work for the specified period of time.  If however your watch should stop working it can be returned to us at your own cost and we will have the item repaired in one of our workshops within 8 weeks free of charge.

We check every watch to ensure that it is a genuine watch, however occasionally the first owner may have added to the item such as diamonds on dials etc.

This guarantee does not cover wear and tear to the watch, packaging, straps or glasses.
