This was my first purchase of a Rolex watch and I was nervous about it, but the process was fairly easy and the person I dealt with from Diamonds East International was very helpful. I bought my first Rolex from Chrono24 i picked a watch from Diamond East International after looking for a safe and trusted dealer with a good offer and great reputation from other people all over the world. The watch was sent the day the payment went trough, i recived the watch couple or days later. Since this was my first buy from this page and dealer i was alittle unsecure if everything was as it should, i noticed the tag that was in the description didnt come with it so i got alittle scared that it had happend a little mistake and that i got an pre owned instead. I contacted fast and asked if it had a mix up in my order, thats when i found out that it was not anything wrong and i had made a mistake. They had sent an brand new 2023 modell instead of the 2022 i paid for to my suprise, i got so suprised and very embarrased at the same time. I understood that the new me in the watch marked had been super lucky and met this great dealer that sent me a brand new Rolex. I was super suprised and happy when they contacted me back and told me this! Here i was sitting and wondering were the tag was as the beginner i am, and finding out i actually had met one of the best trusted seller i could have found here. So to all that is out there both new to the marked and experienced i would recommend this seller to all reading this! 10/10. fast delivery, super custommer service. Couldnt be more happy, no doubt were i would look if im gonna buy another one also.

The Rolex Deep Sea was advertised as Mint and was in Mint condition. While offered for sale without the Rolex card. DEI actually found the card and sent that with the watch. Amazing buying experience. I highly recommend DEI!

Ich habe lange überlegt, ob ich das Risiko eingehen kann eine hochpreisige Uhr aus dem Ausland zu kaufen. Ich hatte allerdings keine wirkliche Wahl, da es mein ausgewähltes Modell nicht auf dem deutschen Markt zu kaufen gibt. Nach mehreren aufschlußreichen Telefonaten mit Chrono24, Cartier und dem Zoll habe ich mich zum Kauf entschlossen. Es hat alles perfekt geklappt und ich freue mich über meine neue Uhr.
