Dealer ok: fast and fair. Fedex didn’t well manage the delivery (they ddn’t call me before deliver and they didn’t maanage the change of address that I requested but the dealer can not be held responsible for that). Just a piece of advice: be carefull that fedex does a good job. I recommend this seller

Very favorable. The dealer had made an error in inventory and didn't have the watch but he promptly contacted me and offered an alternative.

At first it was some issues with the delivery (not suppliers fault) the shipment company, but the supplier stepped in and fixed everything for me and I got my watch the day after. I recomend this supplier, serious and professional! Thank you!

The watch arrived and all was ok. The price was the best all over Chrono24. My experience with Trusted Checkout was perfect. The communication was a bit difficult but OK. I would deal again with this seller: he has many interesting watches

Communication was not very responsive but product came with everything although the watch came directly thru third party not the actual dealer.

Great surprise - very precise watch description, excellent and fast delivery, best price and highly recommended Despite a bit cumbersome email exchange (probably my fault - was not sure if taxes in Germany are included in the price or not) it became a none-issue when watch arrived, directly to my home, without additional taxes than noted initially

The dealer refused to negotiate on price, and was dismissive of even accommodation on shipping. Perhaps they felt it warranted because they had a lower price than other Chrono24 dealers on this particular model. I’m just not used to that, as I’ve dealt with a lot of Hong Kong dealers who want a relationship as well as a sale.

Item was as described. There was a hiccup with customs because the seller did not include the Watch Work Sheet with the item as they assured me they would. That being said, the seller was responsive in correcting the problem. Tip: Know the time difference between your location and Kowloon as it affects communication.
