Happy customer on the whole however.... Ordered on 21 nov but was told not in stock once id payed 48 hours later which annoyed me. I was told they had sold the watch when they were aware it was inside the 3 day sale period and agreed sale contract according to chrono24 terms and conditions. As a result, I had to wait until Dec 5 for delivery after another was sourced and posted. With that said, the watch was delivered within the promised 2 weeks and as described. Box and papers and I was happy with my purchase and I felt confident that they would honor the sale. I have to mark down the communication because the watch should have been reserved and shouldn't have been sold whilst it was in a payment pending state inside the 3 days. If the watch wasnt ready for immediate dispatch, I think I would have preferred they said it was going to take a week to source since I appreciate its not readily available in the UK.

Schnelle Lieferung, netter Kontakt (danke Stephen), leider etwas mühsam eine Rechnung mit Seriennummer zu bekommen. Letztendlich hat alles geklappt, kann man weiterempfehlen.

Le bracelet fourni ne correspond pas au modèle. J'ai signalé le problème via le processus médiation, mais je n'ai pas eu de retour.

Was slightly apprehensive about buying online but Chrono24 and Watches of Mayfair couldn’t have been better....My new watch arrived with all papers and signed guarantee

Todo, correcto lo único el tiempo de espera que fueron 4 semanas por lo demás todo bien, lo recomiendo, gracias.

Indicavano consegna dal 26 dicembre all'11 gennaio, la consegna è avvenuta il 21 di gennaio. Non hanno mai cambiato la data di consegna stimata anche quando il ritardo era evidente. Avevamo concordato una regolazione del bracciale a 17 cm e mi hanno risposto che non potendo farlo direttamente non sarebbe stato preciso, ho risposto che se non era preciso non era un problema, ma non hanno sistemato il bracciale (forse hanno erroneamente capito che potevano soprassedere).

Everything was perfect except delivery time. It was too long .

The dealer was fantastic, well presented (I went into the shop) and knew us stuff. The only downfall was the lack in communication between ordering the watch and it arriving. I appreciate I ordered at a busy period but more communication would have helped the process massively and eased a lot of stress on my side of the deal
