Nie wieder! Die bestellte Uhr war nach fast 2 Wochen Ignoranz vom Kundenservice doch nicht verfügbar und die Bestellung musste storniert werden. Sehr schlechtes Service, lieber Finger weg!

This seller sold me an unavailable watch twice! This means the watches they offer on Chrono24 are not in their stock.

L'articolo doveva arrivare entro una certa data (aspettato circa un mese) e non mi è stata data alcuna comunicazione del ritardo, nonostante io avessi scritto per avere degli aggiornamenti. Zero comunicazione, sconsiglio il venditore

Es wurde eine Automatikuhr bestellt, welche auch mehrere Wochen nach Zahlungseingang nicht versendet wurde. Der Händler reagierte weder auf Anfragen von mir, noch dem Support. Nach mehrmaliger Aufforderung musste die Bestellung storniert und das Geld erstattet werden. Sehr schade!

L'orologio non mi è mai arrivato. Spedizione non rispettata, neanche dopo un mio sollecito con relative scuse e promessa di arrivo a breve da parte del venditore.

Der Händler war nach der Bestellung nach mehreren Versuchen (Telefon und Nachricht auf Chrobo24) nicht mehr zu erreichen, am Telefon lief ne dauerschleife was auch sehr suspekt ist, und die Uhr wurde niemals losgeschickt opwohl seit mehreren Tagen der Lieferstatus auf "Versandt auftrag an DHL gesendet" stand. Also die typiche Masche um Zeit zu gewinnen damit der Kunde nicht storniert. Auf garkeinen Fall weiter zu empfehlen.

The worst I have seen, no truth and wasting your time. Material is not on shelf, he is ordering it from another supplier which will not grantee delivery time at all

During the shipment the courier lost the watch and notified me about it. As I contacted the seller and provided them with the evidence, they stopped responding and forced me to contact Chronos24 assistance to manage the issue. While the issue wasn’t caused directly by them, I would’ve expected them to provide responses and alternative solutions, rather than to just disappear.

Ordered a watch that had atleast 3 weeks of delivery. I asked to get the order cancelled, but they didn’t want to since they had now ordered the watch? I called Chrono24 who cancelled the order straight away. I never heard anything from the seller, not even a response to me asking if they could please cancel my order. I can’t recommend this seller - at least not if you need the watch asap.

Uhr trotz (angezeigter) Verfügbarkeit nicht geliefert, auf mehrmaliges Nachfragen keine Antwort des Händlers. Dank Chrono24 wurde der Kaufpreis wieder erstattet.

There was no communication whatsoever after my order. I received the order confirmation after few weeks. In the meantime i bought from other dealer with delivery in 3 days.

Seller provided tracking number and did not send watch at advertised time. Order cancelled.

Article indiqué disponible sur chrono24 alors qu'ils sont en rupture de stock, et le site du revendeur indique qu'ils auront prochainement une livraison alors que le produit n'est plus fabriqué. Aucune réponse de la part de l'un ou l'autre durant des semaines. Je ne recommande ni chrono24 ni ce revendeur.

No update about shipping product No real stock (for my order…) Waiting 2 weeks for nothing …decide to delete the order ! So be quickly to order in asia (the watch was a seiko). So …for me the seller was not good.

Después de pagar el artículo y esperar durante casi un mes, el pedido nunca llegó y tuve que solicitar la devolución del dinero

I ordered a watch that was labelled "in stock". 5 days later was informed, that it has to be ordered from manufacturer and is supposed to ship in about a week. After two more weeks I got a promise to check the status of my order and that was it , until I finally cancelled the watch. I can understand that mistakes happen, but the communication with the seller is extremely poor.

I ordered a brand new watch and received a damaged watch. There is a scratch on it. I indicated this problem to the customer support but they said the watch had no scratches when they had shipped it to me. I told them that, just opened the box and not even used it for a second, so the watch definitely got scratch on their side or under the shipping (what is not my fault neither). The Custom Support never answered me again. I asked them one more time if they have any news but still no answer. So finally I got one damaged watch for full price. I do not recommend this store to anyone. I will contact with the Consumer Protection to investigate this case.

Me cobraron pero no tenían el reloj en stock, aún no tengo el dinero de vuelta, un desastre, no recomiendo a nadie comprar ni con ellos ni con Chrono 24,

Terrible experience, zero communication. Had to ask what was happening after 1 month as watch had not been shipped, then another month later still waiting, still no communication. 2 requests for information about shipping later just get told the order is cancelled as the watch "Got Lost". Don't believe they ever had, or sent the watch and were just trying to source from someone else, as they wouldn't even provide any shipping details.

Received no communication from the dealer regarding my purchase. After several weeks of waiting for the item to be posted I cancelled the order. Communication with Chrono24 has been prompt and helpful.
