Watch arrived with fragments of metal inside the watch crystal. These weren’t visible in photos provided by the dealer or mentioned in the listing description. Dealer is based in Honk Kong, yet watch was shipped from Dubai. I wasted over $200 in shipping with these people. Communication is limited and only when they feel like responding to you. I would not recommend this seller. Buyer beware!

To Luxe Ware: you have cancelled my purchase almost immediately after I made payment. My purchase was carried out after confirming the price with you. After cancellation of my purchase, you increased the price instantaneously. This is an unacceptable behavior. Worst of all, because of the cancellation, i suffered a forex transaction loss of SGD2,840 from my credit card company. I have read many positive reviews of you from Chrono24, now i suspicious of these reviews. To Chrono24: how could you allow this type of behaviour from Luxe Ware in HK? I'd contacted you many times but you seem powerless and unwilling to take any action against this type of unethical vendor. You can't even provide a reason why the transaction was cancelled by the vendor after my successful payment, except the official reason: "REVOCATION". What does that mean? I've suffered a financial loss because of your vendor's unethical action, what has your platform helped me, where's the buyer protection system, how will it help me in this instance? I had been waiting for answers and compensation. Please reply.
