Very very bad experience. I paid 20% for a watch, and asked the seller to reserve it for me while the remaining 80% was transferred from an old transaction deposited on Chrono24's secure account. I insisted twice to be sure of their patience, which was accepted. And the unimaginable happened: the watch was in the meantime sold to another customer without informing me (? How could just this can happen when 20% of the watch had been paid?). I was assured that it was an "IT error" (?) and that this should have normally never never never happened… But it nevertheless did happened in our real world… The worst thing was to maintain until the end the illusion that I had really bought it: publishing a certificate of purchase in my name and address at the date of my reservation, and at last telling me that the shipment was on its way. It was only by alarming the seller that the tracking number of my shipment indicated to have been delivered to a wrong address (in another country), that the seller finally informed me that the watch had been sold to someone else (!). It is therefore obvious that I absolutely do not recommend this seller.

Le vendeur a augmenté le prix de 11000€ en 1 jour après avoir accepté de la vendre vraiment honteux

I made an offer which was accepted. I paid and a couple of days later they cancelled the sale just by saying “double selling “. No further explanation. I had news only days later, and because I insisted, saying it was a human mistake… Very poor consideration for customers. I certainly do not recommend.

Preisverhandlungen wurden geführt und eine Einigung erzielt, die Uhr wurde jedoch dann danach als bereits verkauft deklariert. Nicht mal eine Entscheidung habe ich erhalten. Super schlechter Customer Service. Ich kann nur empfehlen bei so einem unseriösen Unternehmen nichts zu kaufen.

Suggested a price (not much below asking) - it got accepted, I immediately paid the money intro escrow account - then after money had arrived, they cancelled the order, reason: watch sold! Apparently when a suggested price is accepted I'M obligated to buy, but seller can just do what they like - very bad way of doing business, will ignore this seller in the future.

der grund ist bekannt .... weder BJ der uhr war richtig statt 87-88, war die angabe 1991, und das werk soll ein 3135 sein .... ist aber 3035..... würde bei diesem verkäufer nicht mehr kaufen leider

I accepted the offer, wanted to pay for the item but due to International forex not operating during weekend, I was unable me to transfer the fund (i screencapped everything to the seller but no reply ever since) Then on Monday when forex resumes I tired to settle the transfer only to realize the listen and the item is no longer available. Contacted the seller and no reply.

J’ai commandé, j’ai payé, et là on m’annonce que le bracelet ne serait pas équipé de 2 maillons mais d’un seul. Ceci contrairement à ce qui m’avait écrit et qui avait fait que j’avais commandé et payé. Vendeur pas fiable. Je tiens à disposition tous les échanges écrits. Méfiance !

Seller withdrew offer after I had accepted it. Failed to notify me until I raised a query. Only apologised after I explained the inconvenience of checking if my payment had been received. Little support from Chrono 24 which was disappointing.

We agreed upon the seller terms and price and even i was made to change my shipping destination although the seller online site clarifies they sell worldwide! And that happened once i asked if the watch was polished or in original condition ,so abruptly the sales person apologised of not continuing the sell cause of not being able to ship to my destination and thus ending any mean of communication !! Why? cause there is no room to communicate with the company's sales person ; the sales person sent me an offer and after i accepted the offer the sales person revoked it and sent me a mockery message challenging me to try to buy the wstch again . And suddenly they took the watch off their chrono24 site while it was still available at their online shop! Then after 2 days reposted it here again . In conclusion : this is what you expect from a company that hires inadequate sales person wearing a 2$ fake D&G and want them to sell high end watches !

Commerciante Scorretto. Vi spiego in breve quello che è successo. Invio una proposta d’acquisto per un orologio che m’interessa ma il commerciante NON accetta e mi invia una controproposta. Dopo averla valutata (prendendomi tutto il tempo che mi era consentito quindi non accettandola immediatamente ma dopo quasi due giorni) accetto ripeto Accetto ed a questo punto passo alla fase successiva cioè il pagamento. Questo (Il pagamento) NON avviene nell’immediatezza perché accetto la sua proposta d’acquisto nel tardo pomeriggio, quindi decido di pagare il giorno dopo. Be sapete che succede??? mi viene comunicato che la transazione è stata annullata perché NON ho effettuato il pagamento senza neanche avvisarmi. Comportamento del tutto scorretto da parte del venditore. (Poteva comunicarmi che se NON avessi provveduto al pagamento avrebbe Annullato la Vendita anche perché io avevo accettato la sua proposta. Doveva aspettare solamente il pagamento che avrei effettuato nel pomeriggio) Per quanto mi riguarda esperienza Pessima. Pessimo Venditore.

I try to buy an watch for hime, after I pay the money they told me the watch sold out and I need to wait till have my money again!!! It's not professional at all.

El reloj que recibí no funciona, no puedo dar cuerda al mismo y lo llevé al servicio oficial de Audemars Piguet en Madrid donde me dijeron que: - Alguna pieza dentro del reloj estaba rota y por eso la corona no se podía mover - La documentación oficial no se correspondía con el reloj comprado, el número de serie es de otro reloj distinto al que compré Lo detecté una vez recibí el reloj, llegue de viaje, y pasó la fecha de devolución de 14 días Cuando tenga la factura del servicio oficial la enviaré para que vean el problema Es inadmisible que engañen de esta manera, y eso que pregunté al vendedor previamente a la compra y me escribió diciéndome que el reloj funcionaba perfectamente
